Staple and non-staple food : Inmates are provided with foodstuffs according to the regulations . Besides there will be a 20% and a 10% taken out from additional profits from operation and staff consumer's cooperative which the expenses allotted on food and drink will be increased .
We form a subcommittee to improve daily meals and kitchen sanitary , which will also be in charge of food quality and quantity . This subcommittee will meet and communicate with representative of inmates regularly . For example , by taking the leftovers and rice bran and marking a price for sale that profits will be for inmates` additional expenses on food and drink . The subcommittee is here for utilizing the vacant lot by planting greens and seeking improvement in all around to offer all inmates with dainty , healthy , and nutritious food .
